E.S.P. hereby informs the public that we have been notified by some of our users about unscrupulous companies that are using our name in different advertising pieces related to the Periodic Review and also presenting themselves as Cusianagas officials in the properties, causing disinformation in the community.

In this sense, we clarify to our users and the community in general that we do not use intermediary companies for the process of delivery of letters or advertising, where we inform the deadlines to manage and perform the periodic review of the gas installation, which must be done every five (5) years.

In these communications sent by Cusianagas, our users find all the information indicated in the current regulations, and are delivered directly by our staff..

Likewise, we do not charge our users in cash at their homes. In case of managing the Periodic Review through Cusianagas, users will see the charge reflected only through their service bill, in the terms they have requested.
