• For deeds from 2018 onwards, bring a photocopy of the first 2 pages.
• Construction company properties can present a promise of sale and delivery certificate.
• Property owned by urban developers, act of adjudication of the property or resolution of allocation of housing or healthy possession.
• You can also present a purchase contract supported with extrajudicial possession and improvements issued by the notary, with issuance not exceeding 30 days.
• Submit a copy of an energy or aqueduct receipt, or stratification certificate issued by the mayor's office.
• Report an email address.

• Confirm the existence of networks on the property. If there are no networks in the sector, the process must be carried out to request the feasibility of the service (submit the request in writing, indicating the address of the property or properties that would benefit from the service and attach a physical and magnetic location map).
• The neighborhood should not be included in those defined as a high-risk or wetland area. If the location of the property is not clear, an inspection visit should be requested.
• The business establishment must have:

• Kitchen with ceilings, walls and adequate ventilation.
• Precinct division.

In the event that the connection to the public service of residential natural gas by network is carried out by a third party on behalf of the subscriber, an authorization and/or special power of attorney must be attached, with acknowledgment of signature before a notary or inspection, which includes at least the express power to sign the following documents:

• The contract for the provision of services or contract of uniform conditions
• Authorization to report to the subscriber before the credit bureaus
• Authorization for the processing of personal data, in accordance with the purposes established in the company's privacy policies.
• The service order.

If the payment is financed, you must state:

• Authorization to sign the credit application on behalf of the subscriber.
• The number of installments to which you want to defer the credit.
• Authorization to sign the blank promissory note and the letter of instructions.
