Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. hereby informs the public that we have been notified by some of our users about unscrupulous companies that are using our name in different advertising pieces related to the Periodic Review and also presenting themselves as Cusianagas officials in the properties, causing disinformation in the community.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs the community of the villages Paso Cusiana, Iquía, Villa Rosa, Chitamena, El Raizal and Cuernavaca in the municipality of Tauramena, in the department of Casanare, that around 7:30 p.m. yesterday, Monday, April 01, 2019, the repair works of our 3" polyethylene network were completed and consequently the reestablishment of the residential natural gas service in the above mentioned villages began.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs the community of the villages Paso Cusiana, Iquía, Villa Rosa, Chitamena, El Raizal and Cuernavaca in the municipality of Tauramena, in the department of Casanare,  that about 4:10 in the afternoon of today Monday April 01, 2019, there was a break in the backbone distribution network, a situation that affects at this time the supply of residential natural gas in the aforementioned villages.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs all its users and the community in general of the municipality of Aguazul in the department of Casanare, that we have been notified by the company Transportadora de Gas Internacional and the service provider, about the completion of the maintenance work, as of 10:45 a.m. today, Friday, March 22, 2019, which allows the normalization of the gas service provided to our customers in the municipality of Aguazul.

E.S.P reminds its users and the community in general of the municipality of Aguazul in the department of Casanare, that we were notified by Transportadora de Gas Internacional-TGI and the  supply provider, about a scheduled maintenance at the entrance of the Cusiana - Apiay gas pipeline, from 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2019 until noon on Friday, March 22, 2019.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P informs its users and the community in general of the municipality of Aguazul in the department of Casanare, that we have been notified by Transportadora de Gas Internacional-TGI and the supply provider, about a scheduled maintenance at the entrance of the Cusiana - Apiay gas pipeline, from 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, 2019 until noon on Friday, March 22, 2019.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs all its users and the community in general of the municipality of Aguazul Casanare, that due to a sudden drop in pressure due to a new development in the National Transportation System of the company Transportadora de Gas Internacional - TGI led to an imminent gas shortage for our customers.

In this regard, at approximately 11:36 a.m. today, February 28, 2019, we do not have gas service for this municipality. At this moment technicians are in the sector evaluating the situation.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs all its users and the community in general of the municipality of Aguazul Casanare, that the natural gas service was temporarily restored,  at approximately 1:47  in the afternoon of today, February 28, 2019.

At this moment we have gas transportation, however we expect the total and continuous reestablishment of the service for all our users. We are waiting for the completion of the revision and repair by TGI that will allow the supply for all users of this municipality.
