E.S.P.informs the community of the municipality of Monterrey, in the department of Casanare, that in the morning of today, Wednesday, September 18, 2019, there was a rupture in our 2" distribution network in this locality, caused by third parties, a situation that affected the supply of natural gas to residential and commercial users of the sectors Leche Miel, La Estrella and the village Buena Vista.

E.S.P. informs the community of the municipality of Villanueva, that around 10:00 p.m. yesterday, Wednesday, August 14, 2019, the repair works of our 4" polyethylene network were completed and consequently the restoration of natural gas service to residential and commercial users and service stations began.

E.S.P. informs the community of the municipality of Villanueva, that in the afternoon of Wednesday, August 14, 2019, there was a rupture in the backbone distribution network of this town, caused by third parties, a situation that affects at this time the supply of natural gas to residential, commercial and service stations users.

July 11 was adopted by the Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios-SSPD as the National Day of the User and the Vocal de Control, in recognition of their important role in monitoring the provision of public utilities.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. joins the celebration led by the SSPD that will take place today, Thursday July 11 at our facilities in the El Gaván neighborhood Cra 20 No. 18-66 starting at 7:00 am.

E.S.P. informs the transportation union and the community in general that we have been notified by our gas supply provider that there has been a failure in the control system that caused the total shutdown of the CPF Floreña, which compromises the provision of natural gas vehicle service-GNV in the city of Yopal.

In this regard, we have begun to close the María Paz, El Yopo, Triángulo, La Carpa and Transunidos service stations to guarantee the continuity of supply to the regulated market (residential and commercial users).

E.S.P. informs the transportation union and the community in general that we have been notified by our gas supply supplier about the corrective maintenance to be performed to a valve of the Floreña gas plant system. This maintenance is a declaration of exempt event by the producer starting on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 11:00 p.m. until Saturday, June 29, 2019 at 4:00 a.m.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs the transport union and the community in general that we have been notified by the producer Ecopetrol, about the corrective maintenance to be performed to valves of the Floreña gas plant system. This maintenance is a declaration of exempt event by the producer from Friday, May 24, 2019 at 10:00 p.m. until Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 3:00 a.m.
