Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. wishes to inform its users that in accordance with joint Resolution 40209 of 2020 of the Ministry of Mines and the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, the benefit of deferred payment has been extended for an additional billing period, and now it covers the invoices of the domiciliary public gas service for the months of April, May, June and July.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs its users and the community of the city of Yopal, that in view of the high consumption registered since the early morning of Saturday, July 4, and which extended throughout the morning, the company has decided to modify the gas supply schedule for Sunday, July 5.

In this sense, to provide greater availability of service to the citizens, we will deliver gas starting at 06:00 am on Sunday, July 5th, and until the stocks of gas in the pipe are exhausted.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs its users and the community in general, that in compliance with Resolution 129 of 2020, of the Energy and Gas Regulation Commission-CREG, as of today July 01, 2020, the suspension of the activity of periodic reviews is lifted, in accordance with the following measures:

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. reminds its users and the community in general of the city of Yopal, that we have been notified by the producer Ecopetrol, about the scheduled maintenance to be performed at the central processing plant (CPF) Floreña. This maintenance will generate restrictions on gas deliveries by the producer to Cusianagas between 06:00 p.m. on Friday, July 03 until 06:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 05, 2020.

As a result of the collection of voluntary contributions corresponding to the "I share my energy" initiative, 284 families of strata 1 and 2 users will benefit from a discount on their household natural gas bill for the month of June, which will be informed through a formal communication that they will receive with their bill.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. wishes to inform its users that in accordance with Resolution CREG 105 of 2020, the benefit of deferred payment has been extended, and now it covers the invoices of the domiciliary public gas service for the months of April, May and June.

In this regard, we are pleased to recall the economic relief for our users of the public natural gas service, determined by the National Government through the application of Decrees 517 of 2020 and Resolution CREG 059 of 2020:

Aware of the importance at this time for its users to take care of themselves and their families without leaving home, Cusianagas SA ESP has prepared a team of facilitators ready to address their concerns, requests for service connection, additional points, periodic reviews, sale of gas appliances and after-sales services that its users require, to be served from the comfort of their home.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs the community of the municipalities of Aguazul and Tauramena that on Wednesday, May 27 of this year, in the morning and afternoon respectively, the odorization activity will be carried out, that is, the application of the chemical component that provides the distinctive odor to natural gas.

This is a routine and completely safe activity for the community and allows the gas to be detected in case of leaks, since in its natural state it is odorless and colorless.

"I share my energy" is an initiative of the National Government to help the most vulnerable sectors, which due to the Covid 19 pandemic have had difficulties to pay their energy and gas utilities.
