We inform all our users and the community in general of the city of Yopal, that due to the maintenance programmed by the producer during the days from June 5 to 11, Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. is making the necessary commercial and operational arrangements to minimize the impact on its residential and commercial users of the regulated sector.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs the community of the municipalities of Aguazul, Tauramena, Monterrey and Villanueva that during May 26 and 27 of this year, the odorization activity will be carried out, that is, the application of the chemical component that provides the distinctive odor to natural gas.

This is a routine and completely safe activity for the community and allows the gas to be detected in case of leaks, since in its natural state it is odorless and colorless.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs its users and the community in general of the city of Yopal, that we have been notified by the producer Ecopetrol, about the scheduled maintenance to be performed at the central processing plant (CPF) Floreña. This maintenance will generate restrictions on gas deliveries by the producer to Cusianagas between 12:00 noon on Saturday, June 05 until 11:00 p.m. on Friday, June 11, 2021.​​​​​​​

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs the community that due to the Christmas holidays, on Thursday, December 24 and 31, 2020, we will not be serving the public in our offices. Our Customer Service telephone line 6819086 will not be in service either.

We will resume our normal operations on Monday, December 28 and Monday, January 4, respectively. 

However, during the holidays our toll-free emergency line 164 and landline (038) 6819085 will be available 24 hours a day to attend to any eventuality.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. announces to the community that it has enabled face-to-face attention in its Yopal office, located at Carrera 20 N° 18-66 in the El Gaván neighborhood. 

In virtue of its commitment to the health of its collaborators, users and the community in general, all the biosecurity protocols required by the National Government for the prevention of COVID-19 infection have been implemented, therefore the attention to users will be provided with the following restrictions:

E.S.P. informs the community of the city of Yopal, especially the users and residents of the sectors surrounding CDI Compartir, Torres del Sol, Comfacasanare and Aeronáutica civil, that on Thursday October 15 and Friday October 16 from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. the odorization activity will be carried out, that is, the application of the chemical component that provides the distinctive odor to natural gas.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. invites its residential users of strata 3, 4, 5 and 6, as well as commercial users who are in arrears in the payment of the natural gas public service, to normalize their debt or to make payment agreements through our non-face-to-face channels, customer service line and web page, since in the next few days the suspensions due to delinquency will be reactivated.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs the community that cases have been detected in which unscrupulous people are requesting money to process resumes within the company and grant alleged positions. 

In this regard, the company clarifies that our internal selection processes have the necessary controls to ensure their transparency. Therefore, our employees in no case request or receive money on behalf of the company in order to carry out such procedures. 

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P., is pleased to inform its users and the community in general, that transitory regulatory measures have been established regarding an increase of 10 percentage points to the subsidy percentage currently received by residential users of strata 1 and 2.
