Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs its users and the community in general of the city of Yopal, that we have been notified by the producer Ecopetrol, about a corrective maintenance to be performed in the central processing plant (CPF) Floreña in order to repair a leak in its system.

This maintenance will generate restrictions on natural gas deliveries by the producer to Cusianagas from 6:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 26 until 6:00 p.m. of the same day.

E.S.P. informs its users and community in general of the city of Yopal, and the municipalities of Aguazul, Tauramena, Monterrey and Villanueva, that in order to increase their satisfaction and facilitate the attention of their gas service procedures, as of Monday, August 02, 2021, we will modify the service hours at our main office and documentation reception points of these municipalities, as follows:

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs the community of Yopal that during Thursday July 29 and Friday July 30, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. the odorization activity will be carried out, that is, the application of the chemical component that provides the distinctive odor to natural gas.

This is a routine and completely safe activity for the community and allows the gas to be detected in case of leaks, since in its natural state it is odorless and colorless.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P. informs the community and users of the city of Yopal, that we have been notified by the transportation company Coinogas, about the completion of activities related to the scheduled maintenance of its infrastructure today, Friday June 25, around 5:00 pm.

This activity will generate restrictions in gas deliveries to Cusianagas between 03:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. tomorrow Saturday, June 12, 2021.

E.S.P. informs its users and the community of the municipality of Aguazul, Casanare, that we have been notified about a scheduled intervention to be carried out by Empresa Transportadora de Gas Internacional - TGI in the Aguazul branch of the transportation network. This activity will generate restrictions in gas deliveries by the marketer to Cusianagas between 03:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, June 12, 2021.

Cusianagas S.A. E.S.P., informs its users and the community in general that on Friday, June 4, we will not have on-site service in our offices nor will the customer service line (038) 6819086 be available.

We will return to our regular service on Tuesday, June 8, during the established hours, at our main office and at the service points in the municipalities.
